Matted Coat Policy Dogs with matted coats require extra care. If matting is minimal and your pet tolerates brushing, dematting may be attempted for an additional fee. If matting is severe, shaving is the safest and most humane option. Grooming matted dogs carries a higher risk of irritation, redness, hematomas, nicks, or abrasions. YESI’S PET GROOMING is not responsible for injuries or after‑effects resulting from the removal of severe matting, including but not limited to redness, swelling, itchiness, or self‑inflicted irritation.

Accidents & Injuries- Every effort is made to groom pets safely; however, grooming tools are sharp and pets may move unexpectedly. If an accident occurs, you will be notified immediately and veterinary care will be sought if necessary. YESI’S PET GROOMING is not responsible for veterinary costs related to grooming incidents.

Pre‑Existing Conditions I understand that veterinary expenses resulting from pre‑existing medical conditions, advanced age, behavior issues, or severe matting are my responsibility as the pet owner.

Double Coated-Our Salon specializes in the health of your pet's skin and coat. We do not recommend shaving double-coated breeds (e.g., Huskies, Goldens, Shepherds) as it damages their natural insulating layer, increases the risk of sunburn/heatstroke, and can cause permanent coat damage (post-clipping alopecia). If a pet is severely matted, we may be forced to shave for their comfort, but this is a last resort. If a client insists on a shave-down against our recommendation, they will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks and potential permanent damage to the coat.

Pick‑Up Policy Pets must be picked up within 1 hour of notification.

Late pick‑ups will be charged $10 very 30 minutes due to dog sitting.

Flea Policy- If fleas are discovered, a mandatory flea bath will be administered at an additional charge of $20.

No‑Show & Cancellation Policy Business hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Saturday. A 24‑hour notice is required for cancellations. First no‑call/no‑show will result in a $20 fee added to the next appointment.

Customer Satisfaction If you are unhappy with your pet’s haircut, please notify us within 2 days so we can attempt to make reasonable adjustments.

Pricing Acknowledgment All prices quoted are estimates and may change due to coat condition, behavior, temperament, age, or special handling needs.
