Behavior & Safety Policy

For the safety of your pet and your groomer, please inform us before the appointment if your dog has any medical conditions, anxiety triggers, or history of aggressive behavior (biting, lunging, growling, etc.).

Being transparent helps us prepare properly and provide the safest grooming experience possible.

Biter / Aggressive Behavior Fee: $25–$50
Applied when a dog attempts to bite, repeatedly lunges, or shows aggressive behavior that requires additional safety precautions.

Special Handling Fee: $10–$20
Applied when a pet requires extra time or assistance during grooming. Examples may include:
• Frequent calming breaks
• Being carried during parts of the service
• Additional patience and handling for anxious pets

Late pick-ups will be charged $10 per 30 minutes for dog sitting.

Our goal is always to provide a safe, low-stress grooming experience, but safety for both pets and groomers must come first.
